What We Do

M3 Challenge

The Applied Math branch of the division works year-round to prepare for the M3 Challenge. The M3 Challenge is a 14-hour long math modelling competition. Teams are 5 of upperclassmen are formed to compete in this challenge, while underclassmen study and prepare for this challenge in future years.

Hackathons

Hackathons are the major events in the Computer Science branch of AMCC. We aim for all members to participate, no matter their coding level or ability. Hackathons are usually centered around a specific theme, and students have to build a project around that theme within a certain time limit.

Guest Speakers

AMCC aims to host 2 club meetings each year that feature a guest speaker. These meetings are an opportunity for students to hear from real professionals in the math and computing industries and ask any questions that they may have. We are always looking for future guest speakers!
